With solid roots, the branches and leaves will grow luxuriantly; With a solid foundation in Tao cultivation and propagation, one’s virtue will be manifested.

With one heart, everyone should shoulder the responsibility together; With cooperation, everyone in all positions should work together as a team.

To propagate Tao here and abroad; To undertake and complete the holy mission with glory.

The first step is to solidify the foundation with the consolidation program.

The second step is to improve the substance.

The third step is to evenly distribute the substance.

The fourth step is to nurture talented Tao members.

The fifth step is for each district to make self-improvements.

The sixth step is to pass down the torch.

With great diligence, nurture one’s internal virtues and accumulate external merits.

With great fearlessness, pioneer Tao in new places.

With great righteousness, operate in the Tao community.

With great courage, shoulder the holy mission.

With great wisdom, plan the future for the Three Sections of the Tao community.

This Great Leap Forward is uniquely blessed by Heaven.

It is to continue the aspiration of saints and sages.

It is to succeed the will of Bai Shui Sheng Di

By following the spirit of Bu Xiu Xi Pu Sa, support worldwide Tao communities and save all beings in the Three Worlds.
